Here’s a quick guide on how to set up SAML SSO both in your Identity Provider (IdP) and in your Workspace.
Before you begin the process, make sure SSO is available for setup by heading to the Single Sign-On tab in the Workspace Admin panel. Keep in mind that you need to be on a Business Plan to use SSO.
These are the three steps that you’ll need to follow to set up SAML SSO:
- Choose a shortname and gather the information to set up SSO in your IdP: first, you’ll need to go to your Workspace Settings, where we’ll give you the setup values you’ll need to configure your IdP.
- Once you have the values, you’ll need to set up SAML SSO in your IdP — you’ll find the instructions to do so for different IdP providers below.
- Lastly, you’ll need to finish setting up SAML SSO in your Workspace. You’ll have to import the IdP metadata that you got in the previous step in Sketch.
